playing .rar format games?

i downloaded a pc game that said it was an .iso file so i thought i could just mount it to Daemon Tools but wen i downloaded the program it came by 47 .rar files. Though if i try to extract one file it extractes all 47 at the same time. Mounting the files doesn't work, anyone know how i can fix this?
