did not put reference nuber in box when sending for repairs

i spoke to a microsoft rep on the phone and we went trough all the imortant stuff exept she did not give me a call reference number and did not tell me to put a return adress or serial nuber IN THE BOX
GUYS WILL I GET MY XBBOX 360 BACK !!!!!

wait wait so you didnt even put a return adress in or on the box.the only thing i can guess is if you know the serial number on the back of the xbox you could call them up and tell them you situation and give them the serial number as proof of purchase.

Why would you NOT put a return adress on the box??? She doesnt have to tell you that you SHOULD know that by now!!!

on the ups paper where the package is from is in smallprint above the sending adress i thought that would be all i would need all i did was TRUST the woman i obviously should of looked on the internet first to find out what to do
HOW MANY NUMBERS ARE IN THE SERIAL NUBER...

well if u have the recepit it should contain the serialcode on it, call M$ and tell them what happened read ur serial code off to them and it should be allright.

Ok so im pretty sure you dont know the serial number.So call them up and tell them your situation,they should have all your information and your serial number.So they will probably post your adress on the box once they find your console.It might take a while until you get your console back...

i phoned ms and tolfd them i did not put any info inside the box she asked me if i put the ups thing on the outside i said yes she told me everything should be fine and that the paper contained all my information in small print.

THANKS EVERYBODY! THEY JUST RECIEVED MY XBOX AT THE REPAIR CENTER AND HOPFULLY EVERYTHING IS FINE THEY JUST HAVE TO HAVE A GOOD LOOK AT MY ADRESS ON THE PAPER JUST ABOVE THE SENDING ADRESS ?THEY SIGHND FOR THR PACKAGE AND GOOD LUCK FOR MY OLD XBOX 360 LOL![img][/img]
