ummmm my psp firmware is 3.03 and i tried to upload to 3.05 but my psp turned of and when i turn it back on all i see is a green light and thats it i tried everything like taking the mem stick out nad the battery and umd but same result so could someone please help me pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee

You're lying. There is no such firmware as 3.05. And it's UPDATE not Upload.

u must mean 3.50, not 3.05. if u were going to update a psp, and the battery falls out, or umd is ejected, or power turned off, or memstick ejected, and the update is not done, it is a BRICK. no way around it. get a modchip like CKhaleel, new motherboard, or new psp. that is all u can do, except have a beautiful brick to keep wherever u want.
