Is it safe to go from 3.03 OE-C to 3.40 OE-A using the winstaller on this thread

Yeah or get it from download.qj.net,go to PSP,firmwares then download the one that says 3.40oe-a.Open it using WinRAR and copy the oeupdmaker and oeupdmaker% to the game150 folder. Run the program and it will create a DATA.DXAR file. Then copy 340oeflasher and its % file to the game150 folder. Move the DATA.DXAR file to the 340oeflasher folder and execute that program.Be sure you have 75% battery at least. You now have a 3.40oe-a PSP. ENJOY!...Any questions?
