I have searched google and what not for a list, I used to see lists on this website for games that require rebuilding/etc to be played on for example Swap Magic 3.3 or 3.6...

but not anymore.

Can someone direct me to a site that already has an often-updated list of these games, please?

Well there's one site I know that gives a whole whack of games that can be played on the PS2 HDD and if they need to have modes enabled, has to be patched, is shrinkable, can be flattened and if it works with HDL, HDL patched, ToxicOS, and USB Advance.

That doesn't have anything with a SW compatibility but I hope it helps with some of what you're wanting to know.
