I?ve been readin? this forum for tha last few days and am confused
My psp is on software version 2.80
Everything I?ve read doesn?t mention 2.80 anywhere so I don?t kno what to do
I want to be able to play emulators and games, wha should I do?
Should I upgrade or downgrade the software

you can downgrade a 2.80, just go to qj.net and find the downgrade

But if you upgrade make sure you have the lumines umd in order to use the 3.** downgrader

u prolly didnt hear much about the 2.80 downgrader because it has the highest brick rate. just be careful when using it.
(+[__]%) put this psp in ur siggy. just do it.

Since you have lumines, just use the 3.** downgrader.

Be sure its named EBOOT.PBP and place it in PSP/GAME/UPDATE folder

that is prolly because the name is (somenumber)_EBOOT. take out the (somenumber)_ and then try it. somenumber stands for any combo of numbers.
(+[__]%) put this psp in ur siggy. just do it.
