homebrew cant run on 3.40 oe-a

i cant get homebrew to run on fw 3.40 oe-a that i just installed. it comes up as "error 8002014C" someone please tell me how to get it to run or fix it.

1)put the app or game or whatever in your GAME150 folder on your memstick-(make sure your memstick has a GAME150 folder, if not format the memstick via the "format memory stick: option in the PSP menu)it will create the folder for you.
2)go into your recovery console (turn PSP off completely, then while powering the PSP back up, hold the R trigger button)
3)once in the recovery mode-navigate to "configuration", then to the option that says "game folder homebrew" and change it to 1.50 kernel
4)when you are done, exit out of the recovery mode by hitting "back" and then "exit" at the main menu-your PSP will reboot.

try putting it in the GAME folder-I know my emulators seem to work better in there as opposed to the GAME150 folder. If not try posting in the "homebrew" forum.
