yes, look for "1.5 recovery" (psp-hacks,com)to get you back to 1.5 firmware, then you can reflash to 3.40OE-A

now u need to go into recovery mode and select run program at /PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP to actually run it.
ps lay off the caps big guy!

cant find a 1.5 recovery at psp hacks. is it just the 1.5 update i used to downgrade with put in the recovry folder
