i want to buy a psp that can play everything whats better? the modchip or downgrading one to 1.50?

i read alot about it,i seen them on ebay cheap with 1.50.
i don't have $400 to get one with the mod already in it.lol
but ebay has the 1.50 downgrade for $100 and i could get that:P
but don't want to buy it if hafe the games don't work.lol

so is the downgrade just as good as the modchip?
and i might try doing it myself if i could find a cheap bricked psp:P
anybody know of a website that sells them?
i don't see none on ebay:(
like if i could get one for 30 bucks that would be cool.lol
from someone who just was feed up with it because they bricked it.lol
and don't know about the modchip fixing it.

and whats a good but cheap card to get i'd like to get a big one like 4gb if i could:P

1.50 PSP destroys a modded one. Once you get a custom firmware, its better then the modchip though they are basically the same.

Get a 1.50 PSP the modchip PSP isn't worth the money.
