I know i sound like a noob but im considering on trying to learn how to make some homebrew...im sure i should start in the computer programing but i would like to know where i can find some help to get started on the direction to making psp homebrew.

. i know alot about the PSP but i havnt ever made ahomebrew for the PSP and i want to know how because i've been downloading stuff for it from other ppl that makes homebrew but i dont make homebrew myself. so i want to learn how to do this or at least get the proper tools. thanks!
