is there any sort of homebrew software/applications that let you play AVI video format on your PSP.

i found this one here but it says use at your own risk, does this write to the flash memory?

PSPlayerMT.
lets you play most audio/video file types.
find it on psp-hacks.com somewhere.
and it doesnt write to flash.

i got that, then when i tried to play the movie it says 'installizing video' then it justs resets the PSP.
