My 360 works fine except it won't read discs. Discs don't even spin. Is it possible to order a replacement drive? I don't have a warranty left on it. Any suggestions?

you could get a replacement,, you will need your drive key or ORIG.bin in order to put a different drive in the system

hello,
I have the same problem mine wont read a game but reads movies and music. Do I need a new dvd drive and if so how do I know which model to buy?

Mine wouldn't read games or DVD's but music CD's played fine.
Got a dude to replace the laser and now it's working sweet.
