I've been trying to purchase some Wii points with my Visa and I seem to be receiving the same error messages that I've seen other people get doing this. "Wii Error 208010"

The only thing is that after checking what to do about this

the solutions I've all tried. Placing the Wii ipaddress as DMZ, or opening ports for the Wii. While having the firewall off.

The router I have is a DGL 4300. I'd like any help I can get. Please and thanks guys. I'm new here. :)
