i just downgraded my psp to 1.5 from 3.50 i dont know if i can put a custom firmware on there yet but i have three questions
1. do i have Recovery menu on 1.5
2. what should i do now with it now that i have 1.5 firmware
3. can i upgrade to a custom firmware?

Okay, now that you're on 1.50, you can upgrade to a custom firmware. I reccomend 3.40 OE-A, it's the latest. And there isn't Recovery Mode on 1.50.
