go into recovery mode. go to advanced then to toggle usb flash0. Plug in ur USB cord. on ur PC go to my computer then select ur PSP drive. go tvsh, then go to resorce, once ion resorce, put ur theme files in there. exit recovery and turn on ur psp. done.

That is the way to do it but he has to flash it with a 3.40 OE-A compatible theme.

or he can use an icon converter to convert any theme set to 3.40 OE-A compatible icons
