I have a 1 GB memory stick and i wanted to put FF8 Disk 1 in my memory stick. But I have about only 600MB's left and FF8 is about 700MB. I wanted to know how to shrink it. And also do I need to put all 4 discs in to play FF8 all the way?

Pretty much thats it, the problem with PSX games is that you can NOT compress them... you can either get a new Memory stick or clean up the memory stick...

check local retails (Officemax/Officedepot/CircuitCity/BestBuy) alot of those guys have sales running on 4GB all the time, might take you a week or two to find one.

Okya me neither, go to Circuit City, they have a promotion for a Memory Stick Pro duo a Scandisk one of 4GB at $49.99

Hurry cause a lot of people has been speaking of these so I dont know if they will run out of them.

4Gb goes down to like 40$ sometimes... Just make sure NOT to get them from ebay/amazon or anywhere online besides online places like bestbuy/staples/target/kmart...etc. Since most cards on ebay are fake they perform poorly, slow read /write lags the game up, or/and short life.

check adverts on sundays to find the sales, there is a way to rebuild PSX Iso's but it's a big pain in the ass, and hardly worth the trouble.

i would assume u could do 1
finish 1 then put 2

but i'm not sure how the loading is handled for that game.
