HOW do i get METAL SLUG ANTHOLOGYto work on HDD??

I have backed up my copy of metal slug anthology unto my hard drive and i'm using hd advance 3.0 but it wont work.i've also tried using hd advance 2.0 and hd loader 0.8b.

It might be one of those games that need a PPS patch.

Well, i looked in the website where i get all my patches from (SKSAPPS.COM) and they didn't have a patch for it. But i don't see any reason why it wouldn't work on HDD except for being HDD-proof. Unless something went wrong with the installation.
