i got my 0078fk drive recognized by windows and i was on a roll.
when i opened Xbox 360 Firmware Toolbox 3.0 i read the raw data and when it asked me to check the checksum it failed.
is it my sata controller??
i successfully flashed Samsung drives before.

my motherboard is a A8N-SLI Premeium by ASUS...thanks in advance

edit: do i have any other option to flash it?

i can't tell. just buy a via 6421 card and you can do all drives.
