I did the 3.5 downgrade today after finally finding a copy of Lumines (I got it from Zellers for $20 CAD). I made a video showing what I did, to try and convince everyone sitting on the fence to go out and do it :)

This is not meant as an instructional video, use a tutorial for that. Of course I don't take any sort of responsibility for bricked PSPs, etc.

I did the whole process in about 15 minutes with no problems at all on my MacBook, but the steps are exactly the same in Windows.
