OK IM ON 3.03OE-C..TODAY I WAS MESSI AROUND WITH XMB HACKS AND STUFF AND AFTER I TRYIED TO CHANGE THE INTRO SOUND AND OTHER STUFF I WAS LIKE IMMA STOP NOW SO I EXIT RECOVERY AND IT RESTARTS AND WONT PASS THE SECA PART CAN I DO ANYTHING TO FIX IT?

That is the reason why I dont play around with XMB... can you try to downgrade and then upgrade again, that will pretty much fix it... dont know anything else.

Get into the recovery menu.

- Hold down 'R' when you boot up your psp.
