PC Cant Read PSP!!!!! HELP PLZ!!!!!!!

My pc cant read my psp it says it cant recognize it and unknown device and im running xp 4 sum resson it can read my camera but can not read my psp or my mp4 player SUM1 PLZ HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

Resart your pc.

If this doesnt work, it may be your usb cable, but most likely a driver problem.

Go to:

-Start

-Control Panel

-Printers and other hardware

-At the very top left, click add new hardware.

-Follow the steps there.
