How do you convert your psx games to play it on psp?

I tried numerous guides but with no success. Some guides said you need ISO Producer and for some reasons it doesn't work for me. I keep getting "Unable to read LBA (numbers)" errors. I followed everything step-by-step.

I also tried a guide with UltraISO and it still didn't work.
I don't know what i'm doing wrong.

The only thing that worked for me are already converted psx2psp games (i own the games i downloaded). So i'm desperate.

I have firmware 3.03oe-a. (TA-082 psp)
Please someone help me...
