I'm new to this. This is my first modded PSP. I was looking through some emulaters(NesterJ,PSXP, ect, but they say nothing about oe firmwares, just 1.0 and 1.5. Will the ones for 1.5 work on the 3.40oe-a?

yes, the 1.50 ones will work. just remember to put them in GAME150, not GAME

Do I need a emulator for PSP games?

Or PSX games? I read somewhere that they're built in now or something.

And where would the ROMS go for emus like NesterJ and so on?

no emulator for psp games, just put them in the iso folder. the custom firmware has an iso loader built in.
for nesterj, theres a ROMS folder. if not, make one. put them there.

PSX games should come in eboot format. Put them into GAME/PSP folder.
