can custom firmware run any iso no matter wat the update was on the original umd?

If you get the most recent custom firmware of 3.40OE-A, you can play anything that requires 3.40 firmware or less...

ya, had to figure it out cause no one replied for the longest time... found out that u can use umdgen to modify the param.sfo in order to play iso's for games with higher fw than 3.40...
