how to disc mod halo 2 with out a dvd burner?

ok i have a laptop with out a dvd burner but it can burn CD any way i have down loaded Halo 2 to my comp and i want to put it on a dvd but how can i do that and i have already moded the old maps for Halo 2 does any one know what to do?

get a dvd burner, use a friends, or copy Halo 2 to your hd.

how can i use some one elses see my dad can burn the dvd at work but i was told to make the disc work you got to use a mod program to burn the dvd

and how do you put it on your hard drive i try going to file Explorer
and going to copy disc but every time it just freezes up ive waited on it for 10 min but it was still frozen

last time i try dics moding was yester day i took the maps off Halo 2 5h old maps and put them on a dvd and switch them before the game but i failing

if you want to copy halo to your hd just do what chess said, FTP to your xbox and put it in your games folder, what are you talking about switching disks before the game?

To mod the downloaded maps, you can look in E/Udata/numbers...ends in a 64, and there are the downloaded maps.

1 i mod new maps already but when i say swicth the disc i mean while you are playing Halo 2 in pregame lobby i switch the dvd and Halo 2 i take Halo 2 out (cause i took apart my xbox so i can see my the disc sping) and i switch Halo 2 with the dvd but i fail or the mods did not workwhen i play so now im down loading Halo 2 and im asking how do i burn it on a dvd with out a dvd burner but i can burn CD and i moded the maps already and my dad can burn DVD at work but some one said you got to burn it with a mod program is that true?

you dont need any special programs to burn halo, i just used windows explorer

Try, if it doesnt work, you need a DVD burner
