ok... dont get mad if this has been asked. ive asked it a million times and ive seen it been asked a million times, and i cant get a straight answer....

i have a PSP running v3.50 on a TA-082 MotherBoard.

will the lumines NoobZ downgrader patch my motherboard so i can succesfully download?

one of my friends is a Wiz at all the homebrew stuff, and hes gonna downgrade me (cause he knows what hes doing)

in short: can a 3.50 TA-082 PSP be downgraded?

by the realeasers of the downgrader, they'd say 'doesn't work w/ TA082' or something in the release notes or whatever, but it should check Mobo for you anyway and patch it, give it a shot, worse that will happen is it wouldn't let u downgrade or something.

3.50 downgrader will detect your motherboard and apply automatically apply the correct downgrader for you. You don't have to worry.

#1: 2.81 -> 3.03 -> 3.11 DoH (no more :D)
#2: 1.00 -> 1.5 -> 3.03oe-c
#3: Ceramic white 1.5 -> 3.03oe-c -> 3.40oe

As blackvamp said, you don't have to worry.
I downgraded my 3.50 TA-082 psp and am now running 3.40 OE-A.
