is it safe to jump from 1.50 to 3.40 oe-a?
for the most part i jus want to be able to run nes, snes, turbogfx and neo-geo emulators and maybe a few old psx games, is 3.40oe-a tha right choice?

right. and of course its safe, thats how u have to do it. nothing e;se will work except a previous custom firmware.
