error 13, now 16 on unmodded xbox?????

my xbox was giving an error 13. now since it has been unplugged it is giving a 16. this box has never been modded at all. how can i fix this. everything i have read is for modded xboxes.

You should still try hot swapping. And find some origial dash files. Thats your best bet.
