i found a program to convert .rcos, so that i can use them for 3.40 OE-A., the readme said "NOTE, THIS WILL _ONLY_ WORK WITH DECRYPTED RCOs! (FW2.50 or 2.60 is prefered)" what does this mean? o yea and the program is RCO Edit v 1.14d

do the RCOs alrdey come decrypted or do i have to decrypt them myself?
