Press " Menu "
Select " Factory Settings " - "1668 "
Select " English "
On the main Menu Screen type " 1570 "
Scroll down to EMU and switch from Off to " On "
Press Exit once
Enter " Installation " and choose your service provider "Select " Automatic Scan "
This should find approx 176 channels for you of which 143 are TV channels.

Press menu....it should be two or three buttons down.
Sc0user, thanks alot. The idiot that I am, I kept turning EMU off, but when I followed your instructions, I pressed it on this time.
I suppose you have that affect on people!!

No news Ferg, you probably seen I was back on with Celt last night, must have been a full moon some amount of luns out :)
With regards to the spoon thing I think we need to hand out shovels it is getting that bad now :(

Anyone got any ideas
I have tried "the box" on a porvider called casey cable in county waterford using v4.5.
I scanned it with "chorus" as my provider and it found 129 channels but when i turn on the emu it just comes up wuth the usual scrambled msg.
Any ideas how to get round this

Power you are on N** not C***** so have they changed your provider now
Also when we needed help with MMDS and you had the software and the information to help us out you wanted us to buy it of you yet you now come here looking for help for someone else problem for free you need to learn to share as well and not just do the taking all the time

Hello Guys N Gals,
Every time chs go down with every 1 in here I seem to be ok is it possible I am not affected because I use the spliter method spliting the signal to nt* digital receiver and to the box digital receiver?
Is there much of a difference between the Eurovox and Starview is the components in either of them better than the other as I notice the Eurovox is a bit more expensive than the box?
