There was no sarcasm intended i merely pointed out to you that you should know what is out and what is not you are a junior member on here and if you are reading the previous posts you would know that if there was other firmware available it would be out in the posts but it is people that get lazy and dont bother reading back over the posts than expect answers to all the questions over and over again you can understand this yourself it gets a bit boring after a while that is why the search bar is at the top to find the answers that is all

hi all. need advice. some of my channels get bad reception, every now and then a channel with bad recetion will crackle and break up, its quite annoying. this isnt the case with all channels, just a select few. is this a problem with the cable feed or the box? and what of signal boosters? could they fix the problem? as it could be a case of weak signal? thanks for any input

Depends upon your signal strength as a booster may actually make the signal worse. It is not only a weak signal that can be a problem, but an over powered signal can be just as bad.
