good on ya mate , your right it is well worth it

basic rule is if its a big box its an original and stick v4. firmware on it ....and if its the small box take care to find out weather its a clone or not cos theres some suspect firmware that will kill it ...a clone must have the 257fix firmware ..

i did a few times. looks like if you get 4.5.4 then scan, then try the sv editor it cant open. Tried the converter it can work one way ...star to the box.

Has anyone used 4.54 downloaded channel and tried to edit with editor (BISH's one)

hi all

could anyone tell me if u can use THE BOX on chorus in Laytown, CO. Meath. I live in dublin and use a replay lite but a friend of min has bought THE BOX and lives in Laytown. He couldnt get the box to work but it works fine here in dublin on NTL. Is there maybe software i can use to get it to work on Chorus. I have the null modem cable.

Thanks

The Box T is specifically for areas that dont have true cable connections, theyre for MMDs areas like Laytown, I dont think Cable is available out there, replay lite works off cable but not the boxT, does he have a mmds ariel on his roof?
