Xbox backup creator 2.4 got an error nay help?

Hi, i was making a copy of my Dead Rising game, just got it :), anywayz when i try "read it" i get an error saying to try and reread it or put in Zero for itm but if i put in zero wont be a full backup or soemthing like that, so i tried the zero thing and then it starts to read some more and then again it gives me another one saying the same thing, so i dont know what to do any help?

Never had a problem before, this is the firt game to do it to me.

try using xbox backup creator 2.5, mine done this with shadowrun ( whick is crap by the way ) the newer versions can crack the newer safety protection on the disk

if it's an original, check the discs for scratches. and try clean it.
