D Box 2 hanging "Uncompressing kernal image"

I have just purchased a D Box 2 from germany. I flashed it successfully with commando6.img and tried to reboot. Now it hangs on below

Options:
1: Console on null
2: Console on ttyS0
3: Console on framebuffer
Select option (1-3), other keys to stop autoboot: 0

Does anyone know where i can go from here ? I cant flash it again as it doesnt boot into the OS. Anyone know how to re-apply the image ?
