Having trouble with The Fountain. Anyone else had any problems. Riptit4me usually takes care of anything DVD Shrink won't, but not this time. I have version 1.6.5.0. Any help here would be great.

That version is outdated, the last version of ripit4me was 1.7.1.0, you can get it here http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/Ri...load-44816.html

An alternative to also try is DVDFab HD (free), that's gotten here http://www.dvdfab.com/mlink/download.php?g=HDDECRYPTER

Use it to rip the video files to your hard drive then open the files using shrink.

Try downloading and installing AnyDVD, it comes with a 21 day free trial. Once installed, just run shrink and use it to create your backup.

Already have it. When I use Shrink and AnyDVD it gives me "Invalid DVD navigation structure." Usually when I get this error I use RipIt4Me and that does the trick, but not with this one.

If you have the latest version of AnyDVD and it's not helping, you're going to have to wait for an update that will. You can always send slysoft a copy of the log for review.

I finally got it to work. I used the DVDFabHD with AnyDVD running in the background. Even though the program suggested shutting down AnyDVD, I left it running and was able to get in on my hard drive. Used Shrink afterwards.....works fine. Thanks for the help and the updates.
