I have a folder with a bunch of files in it that i want to burn onto a DVD. What i want to do is create an ISO file from the folder but the folder is 1.4 gigs and i cant do it with ISO Recorder because it only records ISOs for CD burning, it doesnt support DVD, so again, my question is what program can i use for this?

Sorry, i have no clue if this is the right board for this question.

Use ImgBurn.

In the build mode you can either select the destination to a folder which will create an iso or burn directly to a dvd.

We shall go to the end,we shall fight in France,we shall fight on the seas and oceans,we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air,we shall defend our Island, whatever the cost may be,we shall fight on the beaches,we shall fight on the landing grounds,we shall fight in the fields and in the streets,we shall fight in the hills;we shall never surrender

I also did not know that DVDDecrypter could take a bunch of files from a folder and make them into an iso, or burn them.

Can you give me a direct link to the actual page that the tutorial is on as i don't want to look through them all!

For decrypter if they're not image files already you'll need to convert them 1st for decrypter to burn.
Here's a guide using Folder2iso - link.

With ImgBurn you just need to use the build mode for non image files.
