my nephew got a hold of my xbox and he did something that made the ms dash return. A friend hacked it for me so I don't have the slightest clue of how to fix it.

... and I haven't seen or heard from the guy who hacked it in 2 years.

Can anyone please help me? I still have all the hardware intact I just need to get the dashboard back...

Do you know if it has a modchip? Has the Xbox been opened?

yea it has a mod chip, and when I start the xbox it has the word xecuter 2 on the bottom of the page.

You could reinstall your modded dash with Slayers Auto Installer if your games still boot.

I downloaded AIO v4 and bought some dvd-r's and I have Nero 7. I opened the aio with win RAR. That's where I stop, I don't know how and which files to burn on to the DVD-R. Also after I do that I have no idea how to load evox dash from the dvd.

Can you please help me...

Just burn the AIO ISO onto the dvd.
If that wont work, then extract the iso and burn all the files onto the dvd.
AIO has a menu like all other homebrew apps, so dont sweat.
Just read carefully and hope that you dont erase something and kill your xbox like i did. :)

You need to select "burn image to disc" in Nero, select 'iso' from the pull down menu and then get it to burn!
