I have a SonyTRV240. Should I use and have the option of using 8MM, Digital 8, or Hi 8. Which should I use? Also, what company makes the best quality tapes? Sony, Fuji, etc.?

I believed the Sony TRV240 is Digital8. And Digital8 is highest quality, then Hi8 and last is 8mm. I'm using Sony tapes most of the time, but Fuji is a good branch to use.
