Sorry if posted in the wrong place
My question is this , i have seen programs that can convert a psx game to psp but i want to know if anyone knows of a way to change them back ?
I have seen on some torrent sites rare psx games that have been converted and cant get them as psx , does anyone know a way or a program that can unchange or reverse this , also one more question for you boffins out there , if it is possible to convert a psx to a psp is it possible to convert a REAL psp game to a psx ?
Just a thought as someone must have thought about this than just me ?
Thanks for any help in regards to these

I recently got hold of a game which was originally a PSX but had been converted to PSP. As I dont have a PSP converting it back to PSX would be more appropriate for me.
I too want to know if there is a method to convert from PSP to PSX...?

There is a way to do it but you may have very mixed success (depends on how the PSP eboot has been created)
You need ZingaBurga's PSX Eboot tool (i forget the real name of it)
You can then extract from PSX iso to PSP eboots and vice versa

I'll help anybody who needs PSP help but only if you've helped yourself first - Everything the scene knows is self taught. What makes you spoonfed n000bs special?
PROJECT EE IS A FARCE!! THE REAL SCENE HAS SPOKEN - n00bs with an idea but no coding skill does not make a firmware.

Hi malinki,
Thanks, I downloaded the PSX eboot tool, but I don't see an option to go from eboot to PSX...?

Hmmm, sure that tool can do it. I'm at work at the moment so i can't d/load it to this machine. I'll try once I get home from work.
I've never used that tool myself, I know Zinga though and I'm sure he said that that was a feature of his little proggy.

My bad. I downloaded GUI 2 which does not have the option to extract the ISO from the eboot.
GUI 3 does have this option. I will try it out and let you know.

hahaha, no problems. I was sure it was an option. Not really into the PSX emulation on PSP, most the games that interest me look dated now :-(

Awesome I got the ISO. It will fit on a CD. Is there a way to convert the files so I can burn it to DVD? I know that Scanlite v3.7 will convert PS2 CD to DVD, but do you think it will convert PSX CD to DVD?
