$200 and something,I saw it when the elite was coming out on Gamespot.Just keep youre premium and put a black case over it

only big diffrence is the 120gb(can be bought sepertly and added to premium) and it has HDMI for HDTV..

If you already have the Premium I'd suggest waiting a little longer to get the Elite. It's been reported that MS will be switching from the 90nm processors to the 65nm's this fall. One of the benefits will be less heat generated from the console.
Also, Sony just dropped the price of the PS3 by $100. This makes the Elite only $20 cheaper than the PS3. So don't be suprised to see a price drop coming from MS real soon.

I read somewhere today on xbox.com that you can get a refund from them if you wish.Just try returnig it to them and then buy an elite

I don't believe it either. Hardware and software design is constantly being updated through out the life span of the console. That's just the nature of the business. If someone adopts early, they get soon to be outdated hard/software. That's the price you have to pay. No business would survive if they had to replace everyone's equipment everytime they made a new breakthrough. The only way MS would trade your console is if there was a recall. Other than that, the only trade-in you can do is through a third party retailer, ie. EB Games, but you stand to loose $$$ by doing so.

So can we flash the drives on the elite? If not can you buy a new core and flash it? Do u need an hdd? or a older drive?
In fact I think we would be fooling our selves if we have a community this large, and did not realize that there are some enemies present. |

Selling it to EB games or game crazy is the last thing you want to do. I tired that with my 360 and they only offered me $50! Same with new games. You buy it for $60 and you trade it in 3 days later and get $25 store credit.
Dont get ripped off. EB and Game crazy are only good for trades with old games you dont play anymore.
If you really want to get rid of ur 360 then try craigslist. There is always people looking to buy a 360 on there.
PS3...it only does everything(that Sony allows it to)

I have a premium 360 n i was wondering if the new elite has better graphics not jus on HD but just in general, is it worth buying if i have already got a 360.
