Every time that i go into recovery and try to change somthing and exit it shows this

This happens everytime. Then after i press O it turns off. Then when i turn it back on the x and o buttons are switched and the selected language is \Japanese. Then ass soon as i finish the settings(time and date ect.)I go back into recovery and i go to Registry Hacks and Assign button is on O so then i change it to x and Exit recovery. I see that corrupt screen again. But this time when i start the psp up the buttons are back to normal in American. So i cant do anything in recovery without getting the corrupt page, x and o, and Japanese version. Does anyone know what to do to fix this. Plz. Thnx
