Downgraded to 1.5 Firmware, But now what?

I seem to be at a loss here. See, I downgraded using the Lumines method to 1.5 Firmware, but I'm at a total loss as to what to do next!

I downgraded for homebrew and PSP backup purposes. I want to be able to play my ROMs and Emulations, and I also want to play my backup PSP files.

What do I need, and what do I do? Any downloads or tutorials? Do I need a special program or custom firmware? Where do I get these things? Let's just say I have about a 1% knowledge of the PSP so basically I know NOTHING.

From scratch, I need help.

There's a stickied guide here telling you what to do. Get 3.40oe-a. I think this is the wrong place to ask this too. Try here: Sony PSP - Mod and firmware discussion it also has the CFW stickied at the top :)

Oops. Sorry. I guess I was too desperate for help and excited my Lumines came in the mail, but seriously, thanks to your info, I am now the proud owner of a 3.40 OE-A psp and now can finally play my backup by pasting it simply in the iso folder! Thank you so much. I didn't try out ROMs or look into it yet, but I'm sure i'll be fine now. Again, thanks.
