Yup, thank goodness for the noobz team.
I have not tested the downgrader first hand, but from what I've heard it's nearly a 100% success rate.
@Mods: I request we create a stiky with this information so that we don't keep getting messages like this.

First time posting threads....Owned my PSP for 6 months... Read extensively on the forums BEFORE purchasing and BEFORE modding my psp...Have successfully downgraded mutliple PSPs... INCLUDING the new LUMINES crack... Everyone do yourself a HUGE favor... Read all the wonderful.. guides and forums BEFORE doing ANYTHING to your PSP... could save yourself heartbreak....the 3.50 downgrade works perfectly... Just follow the directions VERY carefully. Good Luck

Why do ppl keep posting about this @_@ yes there is a 3.50 downgrader. No offense, but there are thousands of repeated threads about this...
It's safe, and it works.
And I agree with Enigma, the oldest thread made about this should be stickied to prevent this from happening in the future. :D

...i wonder if noobz team have a downgrader for psp 3.50 that works with GTA:LCS ....... cuz i dont have game lumines ehhhhhh..... i wish that somebody give or borrow me lumines ....

Sony patched that in 3.10, I think. So you'll have to rent it from gamefly or something.
