ok i have softmodded with NDURE and i am lookin to mod Halo 2, i downloaded flash fxp and i tryed to connect to it every tim it says its coneceted for about 10 sec and then it says connection failed [connection lost}
and also i have a linxys its just not up right now do i have to use a router? or what. im confused and if anyone could help me our or tell me what i am doing wrong that would be great.

Did you change your IPs settings? I forgot what you have to set it to but here's the link to the Tutorial.

Exactly what my guide says, except your one is too basic and doesn't address the 'why' of the whole thing...

What if you have an internet connection using your ethernet port?
