hi i have 3.03 oe c and i want a custom gameboot but i have no clue how to flash it and i dare not to mess with the flash0 files....

Try CINTRO, it's a program that allows you to have custom Coldboots and Gameboots without messing with the flash. I'd post a link to it but I have to be going and don't have time to do so.
