Why Won't PSPlayer Allow Me To Play MP4 ?

Guys!!! I upgraded my PSP to 3.40 OE and installed PSPlayer. But, PSPlayer won't allow me to play MP4 movies that I convert from AVI movies. By the way, I use PSPVideo9 for conversion. Everytime I play MP4 movies, I only hear the movie but I don't see the movie. 3 questions:

1) Could it be that the movies are encoded with a codec not compatible with PSPlayer? If so, are there programs to re-encode the movies properly to play them on PSPlayer?

2) If not, what other options are there?

try formatting memory stick(make backup first tho)
then rewrite all files
if that still dosent work i dont know what to say but i do got a hint*on your movie right click it and press properities it shuld say MP4,MPEG,windows movie some stuff like that


sometimes some movies dont work on psp video9
