Rebuilding My Comp Help Would be Much appreciated

Ok Im the person that only knows the basics to a computer. I need to upgrade my comp to run the new Adobe Premiere and most probably play The new command and conquer.

First question is. I have taken 2 slots with RAM already in my pc
(obviously I didnt install it)768mb of RAM to be exact. Should I have 4 slots? and how do I check.

Secondly how do I know if my PCs is AGP or PCI
my graphics card is a Radeon 9200 se AGP (does this mean my PC is AGP,)

Thirdly this is the Graphic card Requirements for Command and Conquer 3 64 MB GeForce3-class video card. The game only officially supports cards with ATI (Radeon 8500 or greater) and Nvidia chipsets, and the Intel GMA 900 and GMA 950 products. The GeForce 4 MX is not supported. Does this mean that my graphics card is accepted because its higher than Radeon 8500 .

I know these questions might sound stupid but I really dont want to f**** up my computer or waste money on stuff I dont really need


Thirdly is there any tutorials on the net that you guys recommened for installing graphic cards and Ram and if not ill search for some myself thankyou for being bothered to read this. God Bless!
