I bought a console on e bay that stated it is a AS-IS Microsoft XBOX 360 Premium Game Console.
The auction siad:
This auction is for the UNIT ONLY and DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY ACCESSORIES, CORDS CONTROLLERS, ETC. Sold AS-IS with no Returns or Guarantees.
I sent them a e mail saying, I thought Premium came with a hard drive. I thought Premium means includes hard drive and
The core game system does not include hard drive.
They sent e mail back saying: The items are listed as PREMIUM systems simply for the fact that they are ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE A HARD DRIVE (unlike the core system which can not).
Is this a fact that the core system dosn't accommodate a hard drive? Should I have gotten a hard drive?
nah the only difference between a core and a premium console is the disk drive as far as im aware. premiums have a chrome disk drive and core's a silver one
You'll get the premium console, meaning the 360 will have the chrome dvd bezel. But that's it... no hdd. They clearly stated no accessories. And because they did state it, you'll have no way to challenge the idea of expecting the hdd to be included.
they advertise a premium system, but you are not getting one.
If it does not come with a hard drive and all the accessories (headset, Xbxo Live Gold trial, cables, hard drive and so on) then what you have is a core system with a different DVD bezel (faceplate)
Seeing that the system have a $100 price difference i hope you are getting one heck of a deal because it will cost you a bit to get all thos things.
Plus i would never buy a system from Ebay in the first place. You never know what your getting. It could be refurbished, it could be banned from Xbox Live or other problems.

they dont know what they are talking about. Core can accept harddrives.
