3.10 OEA up to 3.40 OEA?

hi guys. im currently running custom firmware 3.10 OEA and am wanting the latest version which i believe is 3.40 OEA. i have gotten hold of the relevant files to do it but in the readme it mentions 'getting hold of the sony updaters'. What are these as i dont think i have them and woudnt wanna risk buggering up my PSP.

Any help is appreciated

nice one worked a treat thanks mate. now the next problem! the web browser doesnt work! not sure if its a problem with the update or something thats been dodgy on these firmwares for a while now. when i choose web browser i get the blue screen with all the writing on saying i should restore my factory settings. any idea?
