no. nothing u can do. u r screwed.
even if it was possible to downgrade 3.51, the only logical thing to downgrade to is 1.50.

hi there i just got my psp but its version 3.51 one of the guys said u can down grade it to version 1.50 umm how do u do that??

Search for psp unbrick or something, I don't really know what to search for.. Just look around ebay and search PSP if you have to.. I think it's like $40 or something
